How a commercial job is run
It starts with a walk-through: locating the air handlers, tracing the trunk runs, counting diffusers and returns, checking ceiling access and finding out what the building's after-hours rules are. From that comes a written scope — which units, which zones, which components — and a schedule. On the day, the crew works under negative air with HEPA collection, cuts and later seals access openings in the trunk with gasketed panels or plates, cleans every diffuser and grille, and cleans the air handler's blower section and coil. Access points are logged and photographed so the next contractor knows where they are. Ceiling tiles come down and go back up; the space is left ready for the morning.

What this does not cover
Kitchen exhaust hood and grease duct cleaning is its own trade with its own fire-code requirements. Mould remediation on building materials is a remediation contractor's job. The crew reports what it finds and stays inside its lane.
